Broken

A paraplegic man overcomes the restrictions of his disability after an earthquake strikes his home. This is a short 16mm B&W film without sound that was edited on a moviola.

Within Shadows

While investigating an abandoned house a detective becomes trapped in a fragmented reality. This is a short 16mm film in black and white with sound and was edited on a moviola.

The Arb

This is a short video that I shot as coverage of the Arboretum during the winter time in Ann Arbor, Michigan.  The video was recorded on a HPX 170 and edited on Final Cut Pro.

An imperfect Hand

This is a short video that I did using a sound composition by Sarah Ann Letson. The video presents a human hand waking up to the strain of everyday life as it struggles to accept it with the rhythm of its own physicality.

Coalesce

A portrait video I made for Prof. Chris McNamara at the University of Michigan. In the video my Dad recounts some of his experiences of when he went on his pilgrimage to the Hajj. I put together a montage of sketch drawings that illustrate my perception of his journey.

CBS62 and CW50 PSA compilation

This is a collection of public service announcements that I edited for CBS 62 and CW50 that were aired on both channels by producers Kris Kelly and Ken Bryant. Two were created for the Teacher's Pet therapeutic program, one for Detroit's Art Road non-profit organization, one for the 2016 Michigan Broadcasters Careers Fair, and one for The American Cancer's Society "Relay for Life."
